Returns & Exchanges
Danrie offers returns within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund, less a $12.95 handling fee.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
All sales delivered outside of US are final sale.

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in an alternative size or color. To start your exchange, go to shop-danrie.loopreturns.com.
To exchange your item for a different one, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item through our returns portal.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.
Once a return is processed, a credit will be received in 3-5 business days
Order Updates & Status
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify your shipping address or payment method.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. If you no longer need the items you purchased, please go to shop-danrie.loopreturns.com once you receive your package to start the easy return process.
Discounts are only valid on physical merchandise sold. Since gift cards are monetary sums, we do not offer discounts on cash values.
Gifting
Yes! Gift packaging is $15 and can be selected in cart or at checkout. Gift packaging includes a collectable gift box and a hand written note. For odd shaped items, the Danrie team will wrap as we see fit, which may include a dust bag or wrapping paper.
Some products are excluded from gift wrap.
We offer both digital and physical gift cards. Our gift cards never expire, but cannot be returned.
Gift cards should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and our gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Shipping
Ground shipping: $12.95
2-Day shipping: $25
We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders will be fulfilled Monday-Friday, and shipped out within 24 business hours from the time of fulfillment.
Please note that we do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. All shipments will deliver Monday through Friday.

Yes! Local Delivery is available in Manhattan, below 90th street for $25. If your shipping zip code is within that area, you'll see Local Delivery as a delivery option during checkout.
Local Delivery is available Monday through Friday. Place your order by 10am and it'll be delivered between 10am - 8pm.
Please note that Banwood Products are not eligible for same day delivery.
Our Local Delivery is delivered by a courier service. They will require that someone is available to receive your order.
If you'd like them to leave the order with a doorman, front desk or have specific delivery instructions, you can note them in the "Delivery Instructions" box during checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
